The Riot Room – India’s largest indoor soft play area

The Riot Room was started with the goal of providing a safe and clean environment where kids can experience the benefits of “Free Play”. We developed the website, setup marketing automation, designed a custom time tracker software & also consulted them on best practices for growing their online presence.

The Problem and an Idea:

Online presence and effective customer lifecycle engagement is the need of the hour today. The Riot Room was launching a brand new indoor play area for kids and wanted to build an effective website to bring new audiences, establish their brand, capture more leads from their website to grow their database, follow up automatically with play area visitors for repeat business and generate referrals from existing customers. Separately, they also wanted a backend time – tracker system which helps them manage time-taken by customers in the play area (for billing purposes).

They needed a strong technology partner who could help them achieve their objectives without breaking their budget.

The Solution:

The Riot Room team partnered with us to build a mother and child focused website to improve their online presence. The challenge was to build a website which was attractive to customers (women, primarily) as well as search engine friendly to help generate organic leads.

In addition to an attractive website, we helped them achieve marketing automation with Firecart.io for automated website lead capture, email & SMS marketing for regular customer outreach, automated follow up emails for visiting customers, website notifications for regular notices, and referral marketing to generate new business.

We also designed a custom time-tracker cloud based software which was simple, lightweight yet effective in helping them manage walk-in customers.

The Results:

The new website is consistently ranked high in search engine results, and is regularly visited by new and existing customers for updates and information on activities happening at The Riot Room. The website contains a bunch of photos for new visitors to be able to get an idea of what they can expect when they visit the play area with their children. The website also effectively informs customers of play area rules and regulations.

The Riot Room’s leads and customers database has grown 10x since the website launch.

The implementation of Firecart.io has helped The Riot Room engage their customers effectively and automatically (therefore reducing their dependence on manual and costly staff interventions).

Email open rates avergae 25% and Firecart’s referral marketing app has driven a 5% growth in The Riot Room’s walk-in customer volume.

The time tracker software has helped The Riot Room easily manage walkin customers.
